It is important that you review all documents, terms and conditions as well as each traveller’s personal information. That includes medical conditions and the cover provided.

If there are any changes to your personal details, health or travel requirements during the lifetime of your policy, you must tell us as soon as you can. Any incorrect information or undeclared conditions may invalidate this policy

Any changes to your policy may incur an additional premium or admin fee.

All of our policies offer a 14 day cooling off period. If you change your mind within 14 days we’ll refund the full price, just as long as nobody has travelled or plans on making a claim.

Your payment will show on your bank statement as Staysure Expat.

You will find details of our complaints procedure in your policy document.

We are remunerated by commission for the arrangement, service and renewal of your insurance policy.

Staysure Expat Vouchers 

1. Vouchers may be used to buy any new Single Trip or Annual Multi-Trip Staysure Expat Travel Insurance policy.

2. Vouchers may be used for full or part payment of a new travel insurance policy.

3. If your voucher value exceeds the cost of your new policy, any remaining credit will be saved on your Staysure Expat account and may be redeemed at a later date.

4. Voucher is not refundable if lost or stolen.

5. Vouchers are not transferable and may not be sold on.

6. Vouchers are the property of Staysure Expat Travel Insurance and have no cash value.

7. If a cancellation voucher has been issued but not used prior to the expiry of your voucher (36 months), we will apply an administration and maintenance fee which may be up to, but not exceeding the value of the voucher.

Discounts and offers

Discounts

1. Percentage discounts (eg. 5%, 10% etc) and cashback offers are available to customers who purchase a policy, as stated on promotional material.

2. Discounts and offers only apply to the base premium of your travel insurance quote and do not apply to any medical screening costs or optional extras, where relevant.

3. Discounts and offers advertised on staysure.com are not valid to use on staysure.co.uk.

4. Policies can be purchased over the phone or online at staysure.com.

5. To qualify for the relevant discount, customers must quote the campaign code at time of purchase.

6. Customers must refer to the promotional material for minimum spend, if applicable.

7. Customers must refer to the promotional material for qualifying dates, if applicable.

8. The discount value is as stated on relevant promotional material.

9. Staysure reserves the right to change the offer at any time.

10. No cash alternative will be given.

11. The offer cannot be redeemed against existing policies.

12. The discount offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

13. Using a discount offer in conjunction with third-party cashback requests will result in a cashback decline.

14. Any cashback requests or disputes can only be dealt with by the third-party that you have requested cashback from and not directly with Staysure Expat.

15. Staysure Expat reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. Staysure Expat may also create rules which apply to a specific promotion only. If we do this we will publish the amended rules and/or specific rules on the relevant promotional material or webpage.

Staysure Expat Survey — Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

To enter the prize draw, entrants must be eligible for our survey and complete it via the following link:  – https://tinyurl.com/StaysureExpatInsuranceSurvey

The prize draw is open to those who complete the survey between 1 September 2025 and 30 November 2025.

There will be one winner. The prize is one €500 Amazon.es  voucher. Equivalent products may be substituted in the event of sold-out prizes.

One entry per person. Entry is subject to eligibility for our survey and correct completion of the survey. Entries submitted on behalf of another person will not be accepted. Entrants must be a resident of Spain.

Entries not submitted via the official entry method will not be accepted. Use of script, macro or any automated system to enter the Promotion is prohibited, and entries made (or which appear to have been made) using any such system may be treated as void. Any illegible, incomplete or fraudulent entries will be rejected. Participants should be aware that they may be subject to data charges depending on their own arrangements for Internet access if they enter the Promotion online by any device.

The Promoter’s decision is final and binding on entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.

By entering the prize draw, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Staysure Expat reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside its reasonable control, Staysure Expat reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Promotion without prior notice.

The following individuals are not eligible to enter the Promotion: employees and agents of the Promoter, Staysure Expat or other Staysure Group companies; employees and agents of any organisation directly connected with the operation or fulfilment of the Promotion (including third-party promotional partners) and their respective associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies; and the immediate families and household members of all such employees.

The winner will be selected from all valid entries received during the promotional period using a computer process that produces verifiably random results. The winner will be drawn on 1 December 2025. They will be contacted within the next three working days by email and/or phone and will be asked to confirm they would like to accept the prize.

If a winner fails to respond within three working days of this notification, a redraw will take place from the remaining valid entries to select a new winner. If any winner declines a prize or fails to respond within the required period, they forfeit any right to the prize.

The prize details will be provided via the contact details supplied within three working days of notification, and the prize will be delivered within a maximum of 30 calendar days after acceptance. The winner may be required to submit valid identification before receiving the prize.

If a winner fails to respond to a communication from Staysure within three working days, fails to provide contact details for delivery of the prize, or is unable to meet the eligibility requirements for the prize, this may result in the prize being forfeited. If a prize is forfeited, Staysure Expat reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random, unless otherwise stated.

In accordance with Spanish tax law, prizes with a value exceeding €300 are subject to withholding tax (currently 19%). The promoter will apply the corresponding withholding and issue the relevant tax certificate to the winner, who must declare the prize in their annual income tax return.

Staysure reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. Staysure may also create rules that apply to a specific prize draw only. If we do this, we will publish the amended prize draw rules and/or specific rules on the relevant promotional material or webpage.

Any participant who enters or attempts to enter the Promotion in a manner which, in the Promoter’s reasonable opinion, is contrary to these Terms and Conditions or by its nature is unjust to other entrants (including tampering with the operation of the Promotion, cheating, hacking, deception or any other unfair practices such as intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other participants or the Promoter and/or any of its agents or representatives) may be rejected from the Promotion at the Promoter’s sole discretion. Furthermore, where such actions have significantly impaired the Promotion, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, add further stages to the Promotion as it deems reasonably necessary in order to resolve any problems arising from such actions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. The courts of the city of Madrid shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any dispute or claim arising in association with the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions. Expat

The surname and county of residence of the winner will be made available on request to anyone sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Staysure Expat at the address set out below within 10 weeks of the closing date of the Promotion. Personal data collected in connection with this Promotion will be processed by Howserv Europe, S.L. for the purposes of managing the Promotion, selecting winners and delivering the prize. The legal basis for the processing is the performance of the Promotion and the entrant’s consent. Data will be retained only as long as necessary for the administration of the Promotion and compliance with legal obligations. Accessibility statement for Staysure.com

Conformance status
We are working towards conforming with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA standard, which is required under the European Accessibility Act (EAA).

What we’re doing to improve accessibility
We commissioned an independent accessibility audit in June 2025. The audit evaluated the accessibility of our site and produced a set of prioritised recommendations which we are now working on. Where possible we will aspire to align with the most recent version WCAG 2.2 AA to better support customers using mobile devices and those with cognitive or low vision accessibility needs.

We are committed to implementing these improvements as part of an ongoing programme of work during a phased technology migration and upgrade.

Limitations and known issues
Because our website is undergoing a phased redevelopment, and due to the involvement of various third-party systems, not all content or functionality may currently meet full accessibility standards. We are actively working to identify and address these gaps.

Third-party components
The site uses components from third-party providers (e.g., payment systems, chatbots, video content, etc.). While we aim to ensure accessibility across all experiences, we do not control the development of these third-party tools and are currently liaising with vendors regarding their compliance.
